Built for users with limited digital literacy and inconsistent internet access, the solution simplifies the traditional paper ledger into an intuitive mobile experience that is fast, reliable, and easy to adopt.

Solution Overview
We designed an offline-first mobile application that enables kirana shop owners to record customer credit, track repayments, view outstanding balances, and manage transactions from a single, intuitive interface. The experience was crafted to work reliably in low-connectivity environments while remaining simple enough for users with varying levels of digital literacy.
